Overview
Tenuta Ricco was born on an ancient renovated Salento residence, it consists of two holiday homes with 5 beds each, and two rooms with 3 and 5 beds respectively. The structure is part of the intervention program PSR Puglia 2014/2020 - Gal Porta a Levante - Intervention 2.3 Development of hospitality services to strengthen the tourist offer, which has allowed the renovation of the property for tourism-accommodation purposes.

We can host until 18 hosts in our 4 accomodations, located one at ground and three at first floor

Guests can make free use of various services, including the large 90 square meter swimming pool, the fiber Wi-Fi network and reserved parking spaces in the dedicated parking area.

Thanks to a photovoltaic system with storage that produces electricity and a solar thermal system that produces domestic hot water, Tenuta Ricco is absolutely green and eco-sustainable

We have 18 total beds splitted in 3 holiday homes with 4 or 5 beds each, complete with kitchen (equipped with cooker, oven, refrigerator, washing machine), and a bedroom with 3 beds. All accommodations are equipped with TV, air conditioning and private bathroom with shower
Sheets and towels
Optional paid service. We provide: bathroom linen for each guest (bath towel, towels), complete bed linen and bathroom courtesy kit (shower gel, soap, toilet paper)
Car parking
Included, when you reserve an accomodations we assign you a car parking for free
Swimming pool
A large swimming pool 15 meters long, 6 meters wide and 1.40 meters high, with an area dedicated to children, is at guests' disposal for free
Free time
Our guests can optionally book some activities at the facilities located near our Estate. For example soccer field, tennis, padel, gym, horse riding, bicycle and boat rental
Wifi
Hosts can use Wifi connection for free. We have an internal videosurveillance system to grant safety
Car renting and transfer
It is possible to rent, subject to availability, a car or book a transfer service (to and from railway stations, buses, ports and airports)

Tenuta Ricco offers a rich proposal of restaurants, typical taverns, farmhouses where you can taste the typical dishes of Salento cuisine
