Overview
Tenuta Ricco was born on an ancient renovated Salento residence, it consists of two holiday homes with 5 beds each, and two rooms with 3 and 5 beds respectively. The structure is part of the intervention program PSR Puglia 2014/2020 - Gal Porta a Levante - Intervention 2.3 Development of hospitality services to strengthen the tourist offer, which has allowed the renovation of the property for tourism-accommodation purposes

We can host until 18 hosts in our 4 accomodations, located one at ground and three at first floor

Guests can make free use of various services, including the large 90 square meter swimming pool, the fiber Wi-Fi network and reserved parking spaces in the dedicated parking area.

Thanks to a photovoltaic system with storage that produces electricity and a solar thermal system that produces domestic hot water, Tenuta Ricco is absolutely green and eco-sustainable

Accomodations
We have 18 total beds splitted in 3 holiday homes with 4 or 5 beds each, complete with kitchen (equipped with cooker, oven, refrigerator, washing machine), and a bedroom with 3 beds. All accommodations are equipped with TV, air conditioning and private bathroom with shower
Sheets and towels
Optional paid service. We provide: bathroom linen for each guest (bath towel, towels), complete bed linen and bathroom courtesy kit (shower gel, soap, toilet paper)
Car parking
Included, when you reserve an accomodations we assign you a car parking for free
Swimming pool
A large swimming pool 15 meters long, 6 meters wide and 1.40 meters high, with an area dedicated to children, is at guests' disposal for free
Other services
Our guests can optionally book some activities at the facilities located near our Estate. For example soccer field, tennis, padel, gym, horse riding, bicycle and boat rental
Wifi
Hosts can use Wifi connection for free. We have an internal videosurveillance system to grant safety
Car renting and transfer
It is possible to rent, subject to availability, a car or book a transfer service (to and from railway stations, buses, ports and airports)
Lunch and dinner
Tenuta Ricco offers a rich proposal of restaurants, typical taverns, farmhouses where you can taste the typical dishes of Salento cuisine

Very good position
The estate is located in the middle of Salento. It takes 20 minutes to find yourself in the alleys of Lecce to admire its baroque. Only 15 minutes to immerse yourself in the waters of Otranto or to observe the sea from the cliffs of Castro. We are near the Salento Greece
Absolute relaxation
Immersed in the greenery of the typical Salento countryside, among olive trees, citrus trees and aromatic plants, Tenuta Ricco offers an atmosphere of absolute relax that makes rediscover yourself and forget the stress of everyday life

Our guests can use our large swimming pool, the parking space, the Wi-Fi connection. The holiday is 100% green, because elecricity and hot water are produced by the sun

Our family spent 3 weeks here while our sons raced at the Kartodromo La Conca. The apartments exceeded our expectations, with modern furnishings, full kitchen, and having a washer in the unit was nice. The pool and private / gated grounds were immaculate and very peaceful and private. We will definitely come back to stay here for our next race at La Conca.

When you cross the gates of Tenuta Ricco, you will find an excellent structure with a splendid swimming pool! New and air-conditioned apartments, tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts. The estate is surrounded by greenery, with many fruit trees and is located in a strategic position to visit all of Salento. A special thanks to Marco, Nicola, Danilo and Mara who made us feel at home, because here you can breathe the famous Salento welcome. We will be back soon and we advise you to go there as soon as possible!

I booked the evening for the next morning and Marco was immediately kind and thoughtful. The house is surrounded by a large garden. Doors and gates are opened with an app, a very useful solution! All very well kept, but the highlight is the swimming pool. For children it is perfect because it is not very deep. The owners live next door and are very friendly. Inside the apartment is very clean and tidy, the furnishings are new, there is also a washing machine. It was difficult to leave, but we will be back!!!
